IDI, a leading full-service industrial real estate company, today announced the renewal of a 434,900-square-foot lease by Priority Fulfillment Services at Airways Distribution Center, Building B. The renewal marks the largest lease for IDI in Memphis since 2009.
Priority Fulfillment Services (PFS) is a comprehensive end-to-end e-commerce solutions provider, including logistics services. The company has used the space at Airways Distribution Center since 2004 to serve their clients.
AirwaysDistribution Center is located at 8474 Marketplace Drive in Southaven, MS. It is a master-planned, Class-A business park strategically located two miles from Memphis International Airport, less than one mile from two I-55 interchanges and six miles from I-240. The Center features six buildings for a total of 664,828 square feet.
"We have had an excellent tenant relationship with Priority Fulfillment Services for the past seven years and we are thrilled they decided to renew with us," said Tim Moore, vice president of leasing in IDI's Memphis office. "We are looking forward to serving PFS for years to come."
