IDI Announces Promotions and New Employees

Atlanta (May 6, 2005) -- Atlanta-based IDI, an industrial real estate development firm, announces the following new positions, promotions and additions to its staff at the corporate office in Atlanta and at its regional offices throughout the U.S.

New hires at the corporate office in Atlanta include Gladys Edeh, IS support associate; Kelly Granson, construction manager; Claire Hilliard, senior accountant and Jennifer Jones, portfolio property accountant.

Top IDI executives promoted at the corporate office in Atlanta include Jeanne Adair, director of human resources; Heather Barnes, assistant manager of construction services; Tony Davis, senior risk analyst; Christy Hearn, senior software analyst; Jennifer Heneisen, senior financial analyst; Pat Kersey, manager of lease administration; Cathy Mansour, vice president of risk management; Annette Moore, executive assistant; Marni Pittman, regional accounting manager; Taya Sundling, business systems analyst; Feven Teckie, senior development accountant; Joy Turnipseed, director of lease administration; and Rachel Wilson, assistant accounting manager.

At the company's regional office in Atlanta, Bill Hare was hired as vice president and regional development officer; Kerri Faber as human resources assistant and LaTrussa Moody as lease administrator.

In the Chicago region, Matt Kurucz was hired as assistant development manager. Tom George was promoted to senior vice president and regional development officer.

Cincinnati promoted Julie Aylor to assistant real estate manager; Carla Crabtree to senior real estate manager and Ken Smith to vice president and regional development officer. The Dallas office promoted Doug Johnson to vice president and regional development officer and hired Dale Goodwin as building services engineer; Debbie Goodwin as administrative assistant and Rose Pearl as real estate manager. In the Fort Lauderdale office, Scott Helms was promoted to vice president and regional development officer and Tony Moonen to senior real estate manager. The Los Angeles region hired Kim Rierson as the new real estate manager. Alan Sharp was promoted to vice president and regional development officer; Jon Kelly to VP of construction and Karina Isabel to assistant real estate manager.

The Memphis office hired Tim Moore as vice president of leasing, promoted Kurt Nelson to vice president and regional development officer and Sharon Bryant was promoted to office manager.
