IDI Issues Two Leases Totaling Over 49,000 Square Feet

Dallas (January 24, 2005) -- IDI, a national full-service industrial real estate development firm, has signed two recent leases in Dallas; a 36,427-square-foot lease with YKK AP America at Valwood West Business Park, and a 12,270-square-foot lease with Cobra Wire & Cable at Plano Business Park.

YKK AP America, a manufacturer of aluminum building products, will use the space to store, ship, receive and assemble architectural products.

Cobra Wire & Cable will move into Plano Business Park and will use the space for storage and light assembly. Cobra is an independent producer of insulated wire and cable products, and related items.

John Leinbaugh, vice president of leasing for IDI’s Dallas/Fort Worth region, represented IDI in the transactions with Richard Carlson with The Carlson Group representing YPP AP America and Andy Kampen with Banner Commercial representing Cobra Wire & Cable.
