IDI Closes 301,320-SF Lease with Mizuno USA

Atlanta (November 1, 2007) -- Mizuno USA has closed a 301,320-square-foot lease with IDI at Hamilton Mill Business Center in Buford, Ga. The 10-year lease takes effect February 1, 2008. A manufacturer of sporting apparel and equipment with U.S. headquarters in Norcross, Ga., Mizuno will use Hamilton Mill Building I for storage, assembly and distribution of its products.

"The building provides a very efficient design for Mizuno's operations, as well as a great distribution location with convenient access to the company's nearby Norcross headquarters facility," said Lisa Ward, vice president of leasing in IDI’s Atlanta office.

Located in the Northeast/I-85 industrial submarket of Atlanta, Hamilton Mill Building I is a Class-A, 870,480 square foot distribution building. The facility features 32-foot clear heights, a 185-foot deep truck court, 54-foot by 50- to 60-foot column spacing and early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinklers. A total of 569,160 square feet remains available for lease in the facility. IDI Services Group, the property management and third-party leasing subsidiary of IDI, will provide property management services.

Upon final build out, IDI’s Hamilton Mill Business Center will feature up to 13 buildings totaling 4 million square feet. Also at Hamilton Mill, Office Depot occupies the entire 550,000-square-foot Building H and Global Equipment occupies all of 647,228-square-foot Building M. Building B, a 131,042-square-foot facility, is 100% occupied by MP Equipment Co., The Ritescreen Co. and Therapak Corp.
