As Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer in the Los Angeles market office, Alan is responsible for overseeing development activities throughout California, including Inland Empire West, Inland Empire East, San Joaquin Valley and Lucerne Valley.  He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

As Director of Development in IDI’s Los Angeles region, Jason oversees all pre-development activities for projects in Southern California. He is an active member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Kim is responsible for the property management of all IDI-developed and third-party facilities in the L.A. market. As part of her commitment to reduce operating expenses for clients, Kim initiated tenant participation in the Southern California Edison energy program. To foster involvement, she arranged for tenants to receive up-front financing for design upgrades needed to realize energy and cost savings. Seven tenants enrolled in the program and achieved energy savings totaling approximately $400,000 per year.

Kim is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the National Notary Association (NNA).
