As Director of Development in IDI’s Los Angeles development office, Jason oversees all pre-development activities for projects in Southern California. Jason joined IDI in 1999 as Manager in IDI’s National Business Development (NBD) Group, where he was responsible for national sales and marketing efforts. He was promoted to his current position in 2005. Prior to joining IDI, Jason worked at System One Technical as a Project Manager responsible for managing multiple technical consulting teams.

As Vice President of Construction, Jon oversees the design, permitting and construction of all projects in IDI’s Los Angeles development office. He manages construction activity throughout California, including Inland Empire West, Inland Empire East, San Joaquin Valley and Lucerne Valley. Before joining IDI as Development Manager, Jon worked at Lincoln Property Co. in Irvine, California, where he was responsible for seismic retrofitting, tenant improvements and shell construction.

Alan Sharp, who joined IDI in 1995, is the Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer in the Los Angeles development office responsible for overseeing development activities throughout California, including Inland Empire West, Inland Empire East, San Joaquin Valley and Lucerne Valley. Prior to joining IDI as a Vice President of Construction, Alan was part owner of a general contracting firm that primarily focused on industrial and office construction.

Nicole provides administrative support to the Los Angeles Office, managing the office day-to-day operations along with proper document retrieval, organization and processing. She also assists the Strategic Development Services group on an as-needed basis.

Andrea assists the Los Angeles Office in the overseeing and construction and development of projects. She also coordinates with local jurisdiction in obtaining entitlement approvals.

Kelly currently assists with managing 3 million square feet of property, which includes both IDI-owned buildings as well as third-party properties. Aspects of the position include tenant relations, vendor relations, budgeting, reporting, payables and contracts, while also providing administrative support to the Los Angeles Office.
