As Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer for IDI’s Fort Lauderdale office, Scott oversees all development activities in Central and South Florida. IDI currently has six business parks in South Florida totaling 5 million square feet and is developing three business parks in Central Florida that will provide a total of 3.8 million square feet upon completion. Scott directs the Fort Lauderdale office’s sustainable development initiatives, which include seven projects in various stages of development designed to receive LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. Since joining IDI at its inception in 1989, Scott has worked in several capacities including Project Sales, Development Manager, National Marketing Manager, Vice President of Leasing and Vice President of Development/Regional Development Officer. During his tenure at IDI, he has successfully leased more than 15 million square feet of space with a value of more than $700 million, and directed the development of more than 4.5 million square feet in the state of Florida. Prior to joining IDI, Scott worked at LJ Hooker as a Project Sales Associate, selling retail and industrial properties. Prior to that, he worked at LAING Properties, where he was a financial analyst preparing proformas and managing treasury options.

Larry joined IDI in 2001 and is responsible for the day-to-day leasing and marketing of all IDI developed, owned and managed properties in Florida – a portfolio consisting of approximately 4.5 million square feet with more than 360 acres of developable land.

Prior to joining IDI, Larry spent eight years at CB Richard Ellis as Vice President in Boca Raton, Florida, and three years at Grubb and Ellis in Boca Raton. He specialized in the leasing and selling of more than 10 million square feet for national developers as well as tenant representation for clients such as American Express, Fedex and Kodak Corp. 

With more than 25 years of construction and real estate development experience, Joe serves as Vice President of Construction for IDI’s South Florida properties. Joe is responsible for the overall management of building projects, including new development, build-to-suit and tenant-improvement construction throughout South Florida. Before joining IDI in 2006, Joe served in senior management and executive roles at Centex Construction (now Balfour Beatty Construction) and Moss and Associates providing construction and development services for clients such as Walt Disney World, Sun International, Orange County Public Schools, Trane, Johnston Controls, Amazon Small Parts, C.H. Robinson and Propulsion Technologies.

As Vice President of Construction, Greg is responsible for managing all base building, build-to-suit and tenant improvement construction projects for IDI’s Central Florida projects. Greg joined IDI in 2006 from Skanska USA Building Inc. (formerly Beers Construction) in Orlando. Prior to that, he worked with McDevitt Street Bovis. He has 26 years of experience working in Central Florida’s commercial construction sector which has included industrial, healthcare, governmental, hospitality, restaurants, office and entertainment.

Kat provides and delegates all aspects of administrative support for the Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer for the Florida market office, and provides assistance as needed to the VP Construction, VP Leasing and VP Property Management. After working in the residential construction industry for four years, Kat began working with IDI in 2008 with Strategic Development Services (SDS). She then moved to a dual role by supporting National Business Development and Investment Management in 2009. In 2010, she was promoted and began working in the Florida Market office.

Anthony  “Tony” Moonen joined IDI in June of 2001 and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IDI’s industrial parks in Florida. His management objectives are to minimize expenses without sacrificing quality, and to balance both tenant and landlord needs. In 2003, IDI’s Weston Business Center, a property managed by Tony, was awarded Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) local and regional “TOBY” award for best office industrial park. In addition, Tony won the Property Manager of the Year award in 2005 from BOMA of South Florida.

He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP).
 

Jose is responsible for building and property maintenance for IDI properties in the Ft. Lauderdale and South Florida market. His responsibilities include tenant service calls, fire system maintenance, HVAC maintenance, repairs and construction management.
