IDI

Ben joined IDI in 2007 as a Development Analyst in the Dallas development office responsible for working with the Regional Managing Director, the Vice President of Leasing and Vice President of Construction. In 2009, Ben was promoted to Leasing Representative and relocated to Houston to open a satellite office to increase IDI’s presence in the market.  Ben represents the company in the Houston market, including all operations at Greenspoint Business Center, IDI’s Class-A business park in North Houston.

In addition to representing IDI’s Houston properties to the real estate community, Ben continues to work closely with the Dallas development team.  As part of IDI’s goal of increasing its presence in Houston, Ben researches investment opportunities, including potential land and building acquisitions in the metro area’s top submarkets.

Doug, who founded IDI’s Dallas office in 1994, is Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director responsible for directing IDI’s development activities in the Texas markets of Dallas and Houston. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the Dallas office, he oversees land procurement, development, acquisitions, property management and the leasing of IDI buildings in Texas. During Doug’s tenure, IDI has become the leading developer of quality, high-performance distribution facilities in the Texas market, constructing approximately 14 million square feet of industrial and office facilities in North Texas, Houston, El Paso and Juarez, Mexico. Doug began his career at Wicker and Associates, where he primarily focused on brokering industrial land sites, followed by a tenure with Cushman and Wakefield, where he specialized in leasing industrial properties. His relationship with IDI began in the early 1990’s when he played an instrumental role in selling the company its first two development sites in the state of Texas.

As Vice President of Leasing for IDI’s Dallas development office, John handles all of the leasing and marketing of IDI properties in the Dallas market. John joined IDI in 1995 as Director of Leasing for the Dallas development office, and in 1999 was promoted to his current position. Before joining IDI, he handled leasing and tenant representation as a Vice President at the Bradford Companies. Prior to that, he was a broker for Wicker and Associates.

As Vice President of Construction, David is responsible for the horizontal and vertical development of land estates, building and tenant improvements, as well as due diligence related for land acquisitions. Prior to being promoted to Vice President of Construction in 1999, David was Development Manager for IDI’s Strategic Development Services (SDS) division, where he managed the development of CarMax facilities in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. He also supported other SDS developments. Before his tenure at IDI, David worked as Project Engineer and Project Manager for several developments at Metric Constructors Inc. in Atlanta, and as Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager for Charter Builders Inc. in Dallas.

As Leasing and Development Coordinator, Renee is responsible for assisting in the marketing of the Dallas’ real estate portfolio, as well as the promotion of both the Dallas and Houston offices. In addition, Renee helps the Dallas Development team with a variety of different projects during all phases of development. Renee joined IDI in 1997 as a Marketing Assistant and has held various positions within the Dallas Regional Office during this time.

As Vice President of Real Estate Management, Kelli manages more than 10 million square feet of IDI-developed property and several third-party facilities in Dallas, Ft. Worth and Houston, Texas. In addition to managing day-to-day operations and tenant relations, she is currently responsible for several owner associations and participates on membership committees for local real estate organizations.

Kelli joined IDI in 1994 when the Dallas Regional Office first opened. In 2008, Kelli was instrumental in opening the Houston management office to oversee the facilities in that market. She is actively involved in green initiatives across IDI’s property management portfolio.  

Debbi joined IDI in 2004 as a part-time Administrative Assistant and, after obtaining her real estate license, was promoted to Real Estate Manager in March 2008, and is currently responsible for managing approximately two million square feet of industrial real estate in the Dallas area. Debbi hold a Texas Reasl Estate license and is also a member of Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM).

Dale, who joined IDI in 2005, is responsible for building and property maintenance for IDI properties in Dallas and Houston. His responsibilities include tenant service calls, fire system maintenance, HVAC maintenance, service scheduling and construction management for second- and third-generation spaces. In addition, he provides the services for IDI’s third-party-managed properties.
