He is responsible for implementing development and acquisition strategies along with directing IDI’s operations in the Atlanta region, which also includes Savannah, Georgia and the Carolinas. Under Jay’s direction, the region has developed 16 million square feet of both inventory and build-to-suit facilities. During his career, Jay has successfully completed more than 1,200 leasing transactions.

read bio »As Vice President of Development for IDI, Gary oversees the Atlanta region, which includes the Savannah area along the eastern coast up to Norfolk, Virginia. His responsibilities include closing of land acquisitions, master planning, site development, vertical building development, tenant construction and the support of final dispositions and sales of speculative and build-to-suit projects. Gary also assists the Atlanta market office in the marketing of IDI-owned properties and third party entities.

read bio »Gill joined IDI in 1989 as Construction Manager and currently serves as Vice President of Construction for the Atlanta market. His responsibilities include overall project management for site development, building construction and tenant construction. Gill establishes and monitors construction and development budgets and schedules, and manages construction and consultant contracts. Additionally, he provides assistance to other IDI market offices and departments regarding sustainability efforts and practices.

read bio »Lisa is responsible for the leasing and marketing of an industrial portfolio in Georgia, encompassing more than 1,000 acres of land for development and 9 million square feet of existing facilities. During her tenure at IDI, Lisa has leased more than 19.5 million square feet of IDI and third-party institutional-grade industrial facilities with a total lease value in excess of $630 million. During her career, Lisa has been responsible for more than 10 million square feet of industrial investment sales with total market value in excess of $400 million.

Additionally, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, including interacting with contractors in maintaining the properties, financial reporting, budgeting, and reviewing and approving common area maintenance reconciliations.

He is responsible for insuring efficient operations of all building systems, including fire protection, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing systems. He has over 20 years experience in Class A office and industrial maintenance. He was instrumental in helping establish the Engineering Program for the company’s Atlanta development center.
