Jay is the Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director of IDI’s Atlanta market office, and is responsible for implementing development and acquisition strategies in Atlanta, Savannah and the Carolinas. He has developed 16 million square feet of both speculative and build-to-suit facilities. Jay joined IDI in 2001 as Vice President of National Leasing and Marketing for IDI’s property management division – Services Group (IDISG). In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the marketing and leasing of IDISG’s 50 million square feet of institutionally owned properties.

Lisa is responsible for the leasing and marketing ofIDI’s portfolio in Georgia, encompassing more than 1,000 acres of land for development and 3.5 million square feet of existing facilities. During her tenure at IDI, Lisa has leased more than 16.9 million square feet of IDI and third-party institutional-grade industrial facilities with a total lease value in excess of $588 million.

Lisa’s 24-year career in commercial real estate has included various roles in asset management, development financing, joint-venture structuring, investment sales, and marketing and leasing. During her career, Lisa has been responsible for more than 10 million square feet of industrial investment sales with total market value in excess of $400 million.

As Vice President of Development, Gary’s responsibilities include overseeing the due diligence and closing of land acquisitions, master planning, site development, vertical building development, tenant construction and the support of final dispositions of speculative and build-to-suit projects. He also assists in the marketing of properties in the Atlanta market office.

Gary, who joined IDI in 1994, has extensive experience in development, construction administration, design coordination and overall business park estate management. During his tenure at IDI, Gary has successfully developed several business parks in the Atlanta, Savannah, South Florida and New Jersey markets totaling more than 16 million square feet of light industrial/bulk distribution facilities and representing more than 2,100 acres of land. He has managed projects ranging in size from 150,000 square feet to 1,145,000 square feet that have accommodated tenants/owners such as Nike, Office Depot, Mary Kay, American Express, Mizuno, Daimler and FedEx. Gary’s largest project was the 1,145,000 square foot Clorox built-to-suit in Fairburn, Georgia.

Gill, who joined IDI in 1989 as Construction Manager, currently serves as Vice President of Construction for the Atlanta Region. His responsibilities include overall project management for site development, building construction and tenant construction for IDI’s projects in the Atlanta market office. In addition, Gill establishes and monitors construction and development budgets and schedules, and manages construction and consultant contracts. During his tenure at IDI, Gill has completed build-to-suit facilities for Bergen Brunswig, Juki, Stiefel Labs, Systemax, Mitsubishi, Habasit Belting, and J.W. Pepper & Sons in Atlanta; Circuit City in New York, Maryland, New Jersey, Florida and Boston; and CarMax facilities in Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina. In addition, he has been directly involved in the construction of numerous inventory, warehouse, distribution centers.

Mary Elise Carter, who joined IDI in 2011, is the Leasing and Development Coordinator for the Atlanta Office. Her responsibilities include planning and executing a wide variety of results-oriented, cohesive external marketing programs; incorporating targeted communications into effective strategies; and assisting in the production and maintenance of proposals, project approval packages, various reports and financial analyses.

As Real Estate Manager for the Atlanta office, Phyllis is responsible for the management of 3.5 million square feet of industrial properties and four owners associations. Her duties include addressing tenant concerns, responding to owners’ requests, and the day-to-day management of properties, which includes interacting with contractors, financial reporting, budgeting, and reviewing and approving common area maintenance reconciliations.

As Vice President of Real Estate Management, Susi Regan oversees the staff that manages more than 9.5 million square feet of operating properties in Georgia. Susi directly manages the daily operations of four million square feet of properties in Atlanta, and three buildings in the Savannah area. Her 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Accountant has provided her with the expertise needed to understand the financial expectations owners have for their properties and by utilizing her knowledge base to provide service that meets such expectations. Susi began her career at IDI in 1993 as a Property Accountant in the Corporate office in Atlanta, and was promoted to Development Accountant and then to Regional Accounting Manager.

As Senior Building Services Engineer, Billy oversees the operations of 11 million square feet of industrial space in the Atlanta development office. His responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations of all building systems, including fire protection, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing systems. He has over 20 years experience in Class A office and industrial maintenance.

Billy joined IDI in 1998 as a Building Services Engineer for the Eastern Region. He was instrumental in helping establish the Engineering Program for the company’s Atlanta development center. Prior to joining IDI, Billy worked at Faison Property Management.
